I was wondering if anyone has any good recipes that I easily prepare in the mornings before school? I only have around ten minutes to prepare a meal in the morning and I don't want to cook or prepare anything in the blender, [because we don't have one.] I would stick to cereal but my parents refuse to buy lowfat milk. [ugh.]

So anyway. Does anyone know any fast, easily prepare, tasty recipes that a thirteen year old would be interested in? And it doesn't even have to be something so complex, it can just be a piece of toast with p/b and jelly. Something simple like that.

I used to dance and cheerlead professionally for a football team and since I have a new career I haven't had time to workout near as much. I feel fine but everyone keeps reminding me on how good I used to look. Do you think I'm overweight for my height or should I try to get back down to my old weight of 115.

I have to undergo some fairly major dental work in the next 2 weeks and I am so concerned about pain relief. I'm an ex-narcotic addict. Are there any medications that my Dentist can prescribe that would help me if I absolutely have to have something stronger than Tylenol or ibuprofen? This is just a big concern for me. I was honest with her and told her of my past problems with Vicodin. She was appreciative that I told her. I know we should trust our healthcare professionals and I do, but I am not sure that she has encountered this situation before. She didn't act like she had.

My brain feels fried like slush and I definitely feel a whole stupider. Ive done marijuana, cocaine, shrooms, and painkillers because I used to hate my life. I stopped doing all these things about 6 months ago, and now I will never go back to them. The thing is, now that Im ready to live my life, My thoughts are not intelligent anymore. My brain feels like its cooked. I cant sleep. It takes me 10 times longer to process information than it used to. My head actually starts heating up when I have to think things quickly. Im 27 now, but know I cant live the rest of my life this way. Is there anybody I can see that can help with the brain? Other than a psychologist or psychiatrist? Already tried them. Dont want to be on meds since my brain is now functioning at such a low level. I shutter to think it will always be this way. Please help. I cant live like this. I know i made bad choices. I think this may be permanent brain damage. I need to see someone bad

i was curious, i have been having nonstop pain in my right wrist the last 3 weeks and over time it has gradually stretched a couple inches above my elbow. the pain is off and on, sometimes it hurts to the point where its unbearable aches and cramping and sometimes its just a soft pain that i can ignore. i broke my wrist when i was in first grade, 10 years ago and i figure maybe that has to do with it. i have had pain like this before but nothing that lasted this long. normally just a day or two but now that it hasnt stopped im gettin concerned. any suggestions of what may be wrong?

i am going to sleep at 10:00 and i have to wake up at 5:45

is it ok to take a sleeping pill now, (at 9:30)

OK so i am 18, and i have had braces before so my teeth really arent that bad however I have one tooth in particular that does not like to stay straight like the others. Its set correctly in the gum but is tilted back towards my throat, not majorly or anything, but its enough to drive me insane. Would lumineers help?

I have had ear pains for over 6 months. I've hadtwo doctors check my ear but both have said it's not infected. But now these shooting/stabbing pains are so bad I can't move my face or my mouth when it happens. It hurts so bad I cry but I can't because it'll send more pain. I don't know what to do. If it's not in infection then why does my ear hurt so much? I hate being told I'm fine when there is obviously something wrong. I'm sure normal people don't have stabbing pains on the inside of their ear every day.

I notice it's most painful when I get out of the shower, even when I haven't washed my hair or try to not let water near it, it hurts the worst.

I don't know what to do, if the doctors don't see anything, then what am I suposed to do?

I was married to my high school sweetheart for 30 yrs. he passed away in 2000, I got into a relationship with a friend that I knew from High School about a yr, & a half after my husband's passing. we lived together for over 5 yrs but the relationship turned sour and I left. now I'm scared to death to trust another man with my heart, but don't want to be alone for the rest of my life either. anyone have any advice?
