Learn how to use tampons right away! start with regular tampons they arent as big and are much easier to use. The first couple times u use a tampon it might be kinda uncomfortable, and sometimes taking them out hurts a little but you will get use to it, and trust me tampons are A MILLION times better then disgusting pads! good luck and i hope that tampons work for you! =]

the first few times you use them they may be uncomfortable, make sure you actually get it in all the way that was my problem at first until I realized that I wasn't doing it right. Start with juniors or "light days" style they tend to be a little more narrow so you can get used to them. Once you start you will probably love them, they make you feel soo much cleaner and more yourself than having a bulky pad in your pants. Talk to your mom or sister or friends for extra help and just go for it. Sometimes it helps to alternate between a pad and a tampon when you first start, and don't be affraid to go through a few to get the right feel.

Best of luck your on your way.

No. Start with the thinnest size. Read the directions carefully. Relax. Make sure you angle it the right way (toward your back somewhat). Make sure you insert it far enough. Once they are in properly you can't even feel them.
They are a lot nicer than pads. They don't make a lump in your pants and the flow doesn't smell when it isn't exposed to oxygen like on a pad.

Tampons normally don't hurt. Just as long as your place them in correctly.
It is weird and sometimes scary at first. You just have to get used to it.
Follow the directions in the box and you'll be fine.
Tampons are a great help, I prefer them much more than Pads.
But that's just my opinion.
Good luck :]

No, tampons don't hurt. You will probably like them much better than messy bulky pads.
Read the instructions on the tampon instruction paper so you don't contract toxic shock syndrome.

If it hurts then probably didn't put it in right, or you got the wrong absorbency.
