i am going to sleep at 10:00 and i have to wake up at 5:45

is it ok to take a sleeping pill now, (at 9:30)

will i be super drowsy in the morning or will i get enough sleep so i wont be unusually dwosy in the morning?

I would take 1/2 a pill about 1/2 hour before you plan on falling asleep, you should be fine with 1/2

It all depends on different things, such as how fast your metabolism is...what it is that you take...how many milligrams it is...how much you weigh; etcetera.
I take several sleeping pills around 11:00 PM each night & wake up at 5:00 AM the following day.

What do you plan to take? I'm pretty good at figuring these things out. It's perfectly safe to cut a 5 MG long orange pill of Ambien in half. You'll be perfectly fine.
