OK so i am 18, and i have had braces before so my teeth really arent that bad however I have one tooth in particular that does not like to stay straight like the others. Its set correctly in the gum but is tilted back towards my throat, not majorly or anything, but its enough to drive me insane. Would lumineers help?

A veneer might work or even some bonding might help give the tooth the appearance of being aligned with the others. What does your orthodontist say? Your general dentist and orthodontist should communicated with each other to see what would work best for you.

What you need is a retainer to keep the tooth straight.
