i used to be 133 but now im 120!!!!! i just need to lose the extra 20 and ill be perfect....any tips?....if so please do tell.....id like to lose it by june.......oh and by the way im 15, and im 5'5.....thanks for youre help!!!!

Im 16, 5"10 height, 150 pounds, according to the BMI scale im in the healthy range, but I have a "belly" on me and I would like to make it go away. My arms and legs are pretty skinny, I was thinking of trying counting calories, but I read that it could stun my growth, I would like to know what I can do to loose 5-10 pounds and stay healthy.

If I jump rope for 20 minutes a day, is that considered good aerobic exercise?

Also, should I weight lift 3 sets of 10 or 5 sets of 10 daily?

My grandmother is 75 years old and for the past few months she has had a nagging cough. She first began coughing frequently when she had a cold in mid- December but the cough went away when she got better. Then she had a relapse in January and since then she has had this cough that occurs every single day and night. SHe claims that it is like a tickle in her throat from her nasal drip. I have to be honest my mother is a smoker and has been living with my grandmother her whole life. How concerned should I be. Please give me all possibilities not just the worst cases. No uneducated responses please!

In general where are spermicides located in stores because i couldnt seem to find any near the condoms and i didnt know anywhere else to look but i figured a place like walmart or walgreens would carry something like that, and if not what stores would i find them at? I have a very bad back and will have to have back surgery but need to lose some weight first. My surgeon says that my back is too unstable for any exercise so how am I supposed to lose weight just by dieting alone?????

He is 25 and an alcoholic and is prone to unpredictable and violent outbursts. He lives with my mom and last night he flipped out at about 3am because she wouldn't give him cider. He beat her up and smashed up the house (and there is a 1 year old baby, my sister's living there too although he didn't go near her). I called the police and my sister warned him that they were coming and he headbutted her and ran away. The police came and found him but my mom doesn't know what to do as she is scared of what would happen to him if he went to prison, and he has nowhere to go if she kicked him out of home. My dad passed away a year ago. My brother went to rehab once but drank while he was there and after 3 weeks they said his treatment was finished, there was no follow up and the social worker doesn't want to know, she said "what can I do about it?". He was meant to go to counselling but he said it was no good and stopped going. He doesn't work, just sponges or steals money from my mom

Am I too young to have breast cancer?
The past two generations of my family (males & females) have died from cancer. I am 25 years old, last week I found what seems tobe a lump in my breast. I'm not even sure what would be considered a "lump" medically speaking. It is on the outer part of my breast, closer to my armpit. It feels like a small pebble in the tissue, but not in my skin. It isn't painful, but I definately panicked when I found it. Could it be cancer?
