Yea!!
Your wife will be be happy, her self-esteem will go through the roof, she will feel great, she will feel beautiful, she will feel comfortable in her own skin, she will like what she sees in the mirror, she will have a great time shopping for new bathing suits this summer, she will have fun shopping a Victoria's Secret for new bras and lingerie for you, she will all around be so happy that she finally did this for herself!!!
After a short recovery time of just a week or two with help from her supportive husband, she will look and feel so great!
Congrats! And good luck!!

lol...you called it a boob job. Thats is just funny to me.

How much are they costing you? Or is she paying for them? Same money I guess, but I am still curious.

Um, yeah just make sure you are there when she wakes up. You want her to be the first thing she sees. Oh and when they are all bruised and not looking that good, just keep telling her positive things.

my friend had a boob job a couple of weeks ago - she was absolutely fine with no problems - back at work after afew days. It's such a routine operation now. Good luck and enjoy them!

Make sure she does the exercises, it will make all the difference in the shape, feel and natural look of them.

as far as from a man to a man advice, be supportive and have a little patience before you enjoy the doctors work of art.

My wife had one a couple of years ago after her breasts were decimated breast feeding two kids. She has been transformed both physically and mentally in a 100% positive fashion. Best of luck to you both, and I hope you both enjoy them.

It takes a few weeks for the swelling to go down, and the breast will lower in a few weeks so it will be more natural looking.
she might also get stretch marks around her breast if she didn't have huge breast to begin with.

Tell her you love her with her breast the way they are, and you support her decision on getting the implants.

I got mine in 1989....so can't be to positive, they are not guaranteed not to bust. Mine did twice and they are silicone!

You will have to have them replaced about ever 10-15 years...

I've already had mine done once...

reconsider.. big "boobs" do not make a woman...

Plus they will go south eventually...

if you want positive, they feel nice and look nice!
