I want to lose 25lbs by the end of april, what is the quickest way to do so, without excersise. Is it possible?

I would certainly recommend kicking the mt. dew, and all soda for that matter. Even if you're drinking 4 12 oz. cans of mt. dew a day, that's 680 CALORIES, in SODA! Cutting back on that will help you lose a little over a pound a week (actually in a little over 5 days). ==> 3,500 calories = 1 pound

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 months via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

If you are looking to lose 25lbs by end of April. I am afraid it is not really possible ;) Even if you stopped EATING till end of april.. you also MAY NOT lose tat much within 2 weeks;)

But Mt Dew is definitely bad for you so please keep it away.

The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight though, is to detox.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

No it is not possible to lose 25 lbs in 2 weeks. The average is 1-2 lbs a week--not a day. In fact even if you starved yourself and did not eat food again I doubt you could lose 25 lbs in 2 weeks.

However if you stop drinking Moutain Dew entirely...
there are 110 calories in a Moutain Dew. Thats 440 calories a day. Thats 3,080 lbs in a week.

There are 3,500 calories in a pound. So that would be roughly a lb a week you would be losing if you did nothing more than stop drinking soda.

The way you lose weight is exercise. There is no miracle pill, starvation diet, or crazy rituals that will help you lose weight without exercise. Sorry.

The only way to loose weight without excersize is to starve yourself, and that isn't healthy because your body doens't just feed off of the extra fat cells, but it also eats away at the muscles in your body. Why do you think there are no anorexic athletes? Our bodies are made for when we are faced with starvation we won't die the minute we're hungry. The body will eat something so that it can function, better broccoli than a bicep!

Don't drink soda,
Try to walk more instead of driving,
Don't eat fried food, or fatty food,
Drink LOTS of water, and i mean LOTS,
Don't look at yourself in the mirror and say "Look at how fat I am." Your brain telling you that will cause fat to stick on worse than it already does.

Loosing weight's no easy game. I'm trying to loose the same amount of weight, and I've been excersizing for a week and trying my best to eat healthy and I haven't lost an ounce -.-
