Try this cleanse:
For 30 days do not eat anything except water and when you feel hungry (which you will), drink a cup of lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper heated in the microwave. Also, start running. I swear this cleanse makes you lose a lot of weight. It is hard to keep it off though.

Okay point blank: losing more than 2 lbs a week is unhealthy, so your July 1st deadline isn't realistic. You can however lose the weight by creating a calorie deficiency. Go to this website: http://html.ketv.com/sh/idi/health/calcs/bmrcalc.html and calculat your BMR. Then subtract 500 calories from that number. You need to exercise 3-5 days a week (more=faster loss) doing 30-45 minutes of cardio each time. Remember, it takes 3500 calories to lose 1 lb in 1 week, so if you accumulate that much a week, you will lose weight. Write down what you eat to track and keep yourself aware of what you are putting in your mouth.
I lost 40lbs in 6 months and have kept it off for 2 years.

Not possible. Weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. More than that is not healthy. I think you have around 10 weeks so you could shoot for 20 lbs.
Do lots of cardio. Cardio is for weight loss. Running, swimming, jump rope, biking.
Lunges, squats. Do you have any weights? Any work out equipment?
Food suggestions
Stop eatting all fast food.
Stop drinking any soda.
Control your portions.
Beware of condements. That has more fat than you think. Try to do without mayo.
Do not eat more than the recommended servings and cleanse your house of all horrible junk food. If you don't have it, you are less likely to go out and get it. No chips, no chocolate cake, no cookies.
Watch calories. You burn more calories than you eat=you lose weight. Simple. 1,500 is probably realistic to shoot for.
Begin working on increasing your metabolism. Do not skip meals. Begin eatting small meals (a bowl of carrots, cucumbers, celery with peanut butter) every 2-3 hours instead of big lunches and dinners. Don't eat dinner after 8pm.

it's pretty impossible to lose that much in that short of a period of time, unless you become anorexic or bulimic, which isn't something you "become" anyway.
You're best bet is to eat healthy, cut your calories (count everything you put in your mouth, you'll be more conscious while reading all the calories), weigh yourself every night and every morning (to know how you're doing) and exercises!! Even if it's walking a mile after dinner. Oh and, don't eat past 7 pm and dont eat before 7 am. that's 12 hrs a day that you 'fast'.

p.s. - don't do that cleanse. it's way more detailed than what was listed above. if you are interested tho, it's called "The Master Cleanse Diet" and, i wouldnt suggest it.

Do crunches during the commercials while your watching tv. If you cook, then do jumping jacks waiting for water to boil. Wash your car on warm days, cut your meals in halves. Burn up at least half of the calories that you consume, daily. Good luck!

pushups three set of 10 to start morning and night 3 set of crunches morning and night , in a doorway deep squats for your legs and thighs , as time goes on add more reps to your sets til you feel muscles hardening up
