I am not fat but i have this party to go to in about three weeks, so thats almost a month. What is the best and fastest way to lose weight in that amount of time, which means no more stomach (little flab). Please help, one more thing i'm only 14 so i can't really go anywhere.

First you can only lose about 2 lbs a week. You can't go anywhere but it is getting warmer outside. Do crunches, leg lifts, pop in some workout videos. You need to be doing close to 1 hr of cardio a day. Jump rope, jumping jacks, running, bicycle etc. You want to get that heartrate up.

Try doing it during commercial breaks. While you are watching your favorite tv show, try to see if you can do jumping jacks during the entire commerical break. See if you can lay on your back and bicycle up in the air as fast as you can during the whole commercial break.

Walk in the neighborhood. Ask neighbors if you can walk their dogs. You might get some spending money that way too.

Crunches are the best for you abs. Use a stability ball. Sit on that while at the computer instead of a cushy chair. It will build your core.

Girl I'm sure you aren't fat, but here are a few tips that have helped me. Make sure you cut back on any fried foods and sugars. If you have 3 weeks then you could try not to eat chips or soda (if that is what you eat) or things like that. What is important is to make sure if you want to change, that it is a lifestyle change. Generally eating less fats and sugars will maintain a healthier body and you will look good :)

As for exercise, cardio (running, jump-rope, swimming laps) anything that gets your heart rate up, is the best for you. If you want to focus directly on your abs, I would suggest sit ups and this techniqute called 'the vaccuum'.

1) make your breathing calm
2) as you exhail, flex your stomach (and kind of suck it in all while exhailing)
3) relax as you inhail

make sure you stay relaxed and don't do more than feels okay. A little burn is alright, but if you pull a muscle, you won't be able to workout for weeks.

Hey im right here with ya sister! im 14 and i have started a new plan..... i think we all know how it works: excrercise and good diet. Make yourself a plan or regime and STICK TO IT! if you break into temptations/craving alot this may be a struggle because i have been through the same process. It is very very hard to not give in and stick but you have to always always always look on the brighter side and the good effects this can be to your health. You must find yourself a good plan and a good diet (NO JUNK FOOD OR ANY KIND OF CR*P!!!!) replace junky food with healthy food, if you are about to reach for a bagfull of candy, just walk away and choose a fruit. when you are going grocery shopping make sure you aren't hungry or are craving anything junky, so that you remind yourself to only buy good food. This will limit yyour desires. MOST IMPORTANTLY BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! Without this you will not get through and you will quit very easily.

you should be happy about the way you look and be comfortable with yourself. However if you feel like losing a bit of your stomach flab then try doing some exercise workouts, also try eating more lighter and healthier foods =)

Yep, attempt to jog everyday for a hour for every week as that is the satisfactory method to get a flat belly. I have a flat belly and a consume like a pig...i assume all i do is continuously maintain my stomack in regardless wherein i'm...believe me after a even as u get use to it and ur belly certainly not will get tremendous irrespective of how so much u consume.

muscle building/fat burning excercise will NOT flatten a stomach on its own, you must have a proper low-fat diet, too.

eat a WHEY PROTEIN shake once a day about 1/2 hr before a half-hour to 45 min aerobic work out ... it WILL make a diff since it helps you metabolize (burn) stored bodyfat

remember no pain no gain.......
