i work and have a family so i dont have a lot of extra time.

Well you know what leg lifts are right? Get in that same position but instead of just holding your legs 6 inches above the ground, go up and down with them like you are swimming. Keep your legs straight and don't let them hit the ground. Set a time that you are going to do it and increase the time as you get better at it. It'll work the lower-middle abs great, as well as the top of your thighs a little bit.

Situps are useless. Do crunches and contract the abs when you do them. You'll notice the difference. I can do about 30-40 situps compared to 15 crunches. Much better. Don't forget oblique twist. Reverse crunches are good as well.

I have just fallen in love the work out Turbo Jam
it has a lot of ab work out through out the dvd' and the music is phenominal

You can try usuing a stability ball, but i don't think it will save you any more time.
