I am a 16 year old boy, weight at only 35 kg. I took supplements but it doesn't do anything. My wrist is pretty small and my veins (Those green ones) are pretty visible, trying to build some flesh around that and my chest area which my bones is pretty visible. Now, here is my problem:
a) Am I having anorexic? I took toast, rice and potatoes almost everyday which is filled with carbohydrate, I took the most I could and yet I am not growing.
b) If I am not having anorexic, can I try body building? If yes, what is the weight (kg) do you recommend me to start with and how long and how often do have to do it. I am sick of being small.
Please help, teen problem.
