I have been exercising almost everyday for almost a year (April 25th of 2006). When I first started, my workouts were at least 90mins long and vigorous for the first maybe 4mos. For the past remaining several months I have lost some/all of my energy for the gym. I can only workout for only 45mins; it's nowhere near in comparison to when I first started. I've lost a total of 55lbs, since the start of my diet and exercise. I would think that now I should be able to work out even better than when I first started, being that I am more trained and fit.
