I do not have an obesity problem. I'm 5'9 , 63 kg. The thing I want to know is that how some fat on my stomach area can be removed so that i can have better defined abs.

A common misconception is that doing ab exercises will help you lose your stomach fat. This is not true. To reveal the abs you already have, you need to focus on losing overall body fat. The best exercise for losing body fat is brisk walking. This burns more calories from fat than jogging/running does. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to start burning fat so make sure you do it for more than 20 minutes. (an hour or more per day is great).

You'll also want to clean up your diet. Eliminate sugars, fats, fried foods, starches, white flour and alcohol (these all aid your body in storing fat).

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

You need to carb down, like the Atkins diet, to cut up and get those abs if you're fit but have a little pudge, it's how the bodybuilders do it. It's hard to maintain though.

Easiest other option is lipo if it's just one area.

Do some ab excersise especially crunches and sit ups. this helps ur abs lose the body fat and keep in shape. try it. this reallly worked for me. u should at least do it for 30 min. once in while.
