Ugh I hate ear infections, they're so annoying. Give it one more day and a good nights sleep. It should be starting to ease a little by then. Hope you feel better soon!

each person heals differently. I would say that you should start feeling it getting better in about 3-4 days. but like I said.. each person heals differently. I would suggest you go back to see your doc in a week, a week 1/2 tops if the pain still persists

About as long as the average nose bleed, pain in the gut, attack of sinus, toothache, headache. It is all relative to what is causing the earache and your body's reaction to pharmaceuticals you are using to cure it.

could take up to 3 months i believe, but if its chronic a different measure might need to be taken. you could have tubes in your ears. its a very common procedure. here is a site that i think youll find helpful. http://members.cox.net/otoscope3/ear-tube.htm
