I am a 36 DD and this place has the best sports bras on the market and she can choose based on her activities. She definitely should consider an underwire sports bra, for adequate support. Or an ultra compression bra.

Take her to a bra store, they'll measure and fit her for the best bras and a good bra should be good enough for speed-walking or hiking.
