I wanted to know how can I tighten my stomach muscles after having my son. He is 22 weeks old and I have just started to really lose my baby weight but I wanted to know what can I do to tighten my stomach muscles.

see your doctor to get clearance to start an exercise program. If you can afford to join a gym, find one with trainers experienced in helping women who have given birth to get back in shape (completely, not just abs). If you can't, find something like a Pilates video and supplement with crunches and other abdominal exercises after getting clearance from your doctor. There may be guide books at a bookstore to help determine what exercises are best for you. Good Luck!!!
