no you need reconstructive surgery to remove the excess skin.

you may be able to work with a surgeon and set up a payment plan.

Thre are no other methods of removing all that skin.

Without insurance you are stuck paying out of pocket. If you had insurance, your doctor could make them pay if you had infections or skin problems associated with the excess folds (as most do). How did you pay for the bypass without coverage?
You could approach a plastic surgery practice and ask to be an example of before and after photos, but you would still need to pay some out of pocket for the OR and anesthesia costs. or try applying for medicaid if you have no income.

unfortunately, no. this is a surgical procedure, and will have to be paid for somehow.

your surgeon for the gastric bypass should have explained that you would need to exercise while you lost weight in order to avoid the excess skin. you could try to get into some sort of toning regime (yoga, Pilate's, swimming, free weights). books and videos on yoga and Pilate's are available at any library, and free to check out (just don't forget to return them on time!), and if you have access to a community pool swimming is pretty affordable.

Write a heart-wrenching story about your struggle, gather some before and after photos and then apply for plastic surgery through one of these reality T.V. shows:

I have a great idea. Ever seen "Plastic Surgery-Before & After" on Discovery Health? If you contact them and tell them your story, I bet they would PAY for your skin removal because of your incredible weight loss. They do it for lots of people all the time.
