Traditional pull-ups (or chin ups) with your palms down work your back muscles mostly.

I almost positlive palms facing towards you will work your biceps and arms more, while still working the back

yes their by far the best bicep workout available....if you dont believe me do negative (the down motion) part of a pull up with one hand and see how hard it is
