my stomach hurts really bad, i'm cramping all over and i have a fever of 100 wat do i have?

A stomach virus. Most pass within 24-48 hours. Lay off the food, drink LOTS of fluids and get some rest. You'll feel better soon.

Viral or bacterial infection. Sometimes it just needs to run it's course. Drink lots and lots of fluids. If it doesn't pass in about 2-3 days, then go to the doc. Seems to be a stomach bug going around lately.

you could have a cyst on one of your ovaries. my daughter had the same problem. it can be one of the ones that fill up then break.i would have it checked out.
