I've been taking mixed martial arts for some time now and I recently added jump rope to my regiment. As soon as I started, my right shin started to hurt. It stills hurt after a couple of days. Can I find relief or solution as to why?

Sounds like shin splints. You are going to have to rest your leg until the pain leaves. If you want to start jumping rope again you are going to have to start slow and build up. You've really strained your shins with the jumping.

I did the same thing only over-doing the incline on the treadmill. The chiropractor fixed me up tho. It took 3 days after the adjustment to be pain free.
