my stomach has been upset for the past 3 days and I have no idea what I can eat without throwing it up again any suggestions on what I can eat that wont make me ill?

Chicken Noodle Soup! my mom always used to make it for me. also, suck on soda crackers, and sip sprite. but don't gulp it down, just little drinks, or you'll throw up. jello is also good. sorry, hope you feel better!

crackers... nothing too sweet nor too salty. something neutral, and drink lots of water to keep you from being dehydrated... but if you are experiencing this for three days now, i think it's time you see a doctor, too. and can be something serious.
