breast measurement?

my band size is 27inches/69cm n bust size is 30.5 inches/78cm... wat is my bra size?
because some says bust size bigger than band size by 1 inche is B cup/ 2 inches is C cup... but the others say bigger than 10cm is B cup/ 15cm is C cup...
n 1 inch = 2.5cm... so wat is it actually?

So confusing....you could try having a professional bra fitter do this for you...
