is it bad for a 12 almost 13 year old kid to bleach their teeth? i dont mean on a spoiled meter, i mean is it harmful to their teeth, cause my daughter wants to and i told her yes but first we are going to find out if it will casue damage, her teeth are not very sensitive, and i am an adult that can help her, i am only letting her bleach them every-so-often. is this going to destroy my daughters teeth? i am letting her do it now, then again in 6 months, and then a year on after that so pretty much once a year. i no her very well, she probably has never missed a day of brushing, but ill admit her teeth are sort of dull, not really yellow, just dull, not sparkling white. the dentist said that teeth whitening could help, but he thinks i should do research on which products to use. i am thinking maybe WhiteLight or Plus White Whitening and Brightening System. both not very expensive and from what i hear if u follow the directions they are safe and work well. please help!

...or something of the sort. Replace two meals a day with a bowl of the cereal and then one healthy meal and healthy snacks?
I'm curious in trying it. Been trying to diet and exercise.
My husband is suggesting diet pills to help curb my appetite and lose some weight, but I'm not sure if I want to put that kind of money into it yet.
Anyways, any suggestions would be great!
Thanks in advance :)

How much should she be able to do without wearing the oxygen.? Her doctor wants her to wear it all the time. Sometimes she's fine without it for 30 minutes shopping. I need opinions and stories. They say she has pulminary fibrosis, or interstitial lung disease. Are the the same thing?

I have had abnormal periods for a number of years while being on the pill. My doctor has recently said I have PCOS. One question I have and hadn't a chance to ask my doctor is that when I'm off my pills, my cycle is completely regular. So does that mean I will still have problems conceiving? Or do I really have PCOS?? It is my understanding that PCOS causes abnormal periods but mine are fine when I'm off the pill.

Im a junior in highschool...when I first started highschool I had 3 friends and we said we wouldnt have sex until after highschool. Now Im the only one out of the group who hasnt had sex.
The girls now make fun of me for not having sex. Its not that im ugly. I was voted sexiest cheerleader at my school. I want to know why girls feel the need to hurry up and lose their virginity the first or second year of highschool.

I have always used playtex with no problems, but recently we had to buy tampax because the store was out of playtex. Which do you think is more comfortable and useful? With tampax I always feel like I might leak...

Also, whenever I'm on my period, and I change my tampon, I notice that one side of the tampon has absorbed everything all the way down to the string but some of the other side of the tampon is still white and unused.
Is this ok? And does it happen to you?

And have any of you girls out there disliked tampax pearl for any reason??

thanks in advance
