I'm not a Dr or an expert in any way. I would have to say no. Are you sure it is ringworm?

You can get ringworm from touching another person who is infected. Or from using items such as clothes, towels, or hairbrushes that were used by someone with a ringworm infection. Using common areas like gyms, shower stalls, and floors if used by someone with ringworm.

You can catch ringworm from touching a pet or animal or from coming into contact with the hair or dander of an infected animal. Dogs and cats, as well as farm animals can be infected with ringworm. Often this infection looks like a patch of skin where fur is missing.

Ringworm is a fungus... so it might be possible... dunno though. The only way I have seen it transeferred is from skin to skin, wrestling mats to skin, or from a cat.
