I usually take my Yasmin birth control at 2pm and today I forgot and took it at 515...do i need to use alternate birth control or should i be okay

It's great that you're so good about taking your birth control @ the same time every day- -that's what makes it work best and helps prevent unplanned pregnancy. A few hours won't make a difference. It's only if you're 8 or more hours late that it becomes a concern. Take care.

You should be fine. It's not 100% effective anyway. (I am not saying that to be snotty but it's not).
