I am 12 (Almost 13) in the 7th grade, and i weigh 113, but want to lose the fat around my stomach. Are there any good diets that i can do? I sing/dance 4-6 days a week, but i dont seem to be losing anything!

I used to use Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for sensitive skin.
but that made my face way too oily.

So then I switched to Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture for combination skin, and now my skin is extremely dry!!

I need an oil-free moisturizer that wont dry out my skin (that's most important)

it needs to be available at a drugstore somewhere and I can't order online.
Again I'm looking for a MOISTURIZER, not a clenser. oil-free.

any suggestions???

im 12 years old and like I'm getting getting pimples not zits on my face but pimples i have them on my cheeks on both of them and I'm starting to get some on my head there not that big but they're noticeable. so whats happening to my skin and why is this happening

I am particulary interested in the South Beach diet. I have seen some good stuff on it on the net but I just don't fully understand how it works as in what I need to watch for on labels, what carbs are good and bad, etc. Any help would be much appreciated!

I want to die (bit straightforward) but i do not know why? In my lifetime no major incidents have happened, no one close has died nothing like that. my character was shot four times, none of them were fatal or hit anything major or internal hemmoraging or anything like that. she was just shot and it bleeding out plain and simple also while she fell after being shot she fell and had a deep cut and had to get stitches
what i need to know is how long would surgery take for the stitches and the removal of the bullets and how long hospitals would recomend keeping her until they think she's recovered well enough to go home
also i might wanna put a blood transfusion (is that what it's called??) in but idk how that would work
so to add to the list i'd like to know how all of the surgeries would work and what medications they'd give her for surgery like the sleeping gass, how long the gas lasts and all of that good stuff

im aiming for a toned, narrow-er waist and heard that hula hooping was a good way to achieve this. i've hooped one hour for the past week or so, varying the speed that i 'hoop', but every time i do it i dont feel like ive accomplished anything... i just sweat a lot and sometimes my thighs get sore but nothing else. should i feel any cramps/pain? i have just a reg. hula hoop, i dont want to spend money on those 49 dollar heavy hoops or w/e

when i ended my last cycle of birth control i had my period as usual, then when i went back on to it expecting to have the bleeding gone within a couple days (like it normally is) it never stopped. i have had my period for 4 weeks straight now, and have no idea why. Pregnant? it isn't spotting...it's too heavy. the bleeding hasn't been constant though... one day i have it the next day i dont. any idea what this could be???

Is there truly any evidence that artificial sweetners and chemicals (i.e. Aspartame) actually cause cancer?
I use a lot of sweetners, like sweet n low, and drink a lot of diet sodas. Am I putting myself at risk?

I work about 75 hrs a week, and try to have a life in between. I normally get 5hrs of sleep every night. Besides fatigue and drowsiness, which I have now, what harmful side-effects, so to speak, are caused by not getting enough rest/sleep?

Approximately 4 inches above my bellybutton, I have two small lumps. They are almost directly above each side of my navel. They feel like they are about the size of a bean. It hurts when I put pressure on them, but other than that, I don't have any stomach problems.

I'm 25 years old, female, and have two children. Other than, I don't really have any other medical history. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

When I quit smoking I used patch as a support. Initially I liked wild and vivid dreams, having never used pot or any other kind of non-prescribed drug before in my life, I was new to hallucinations. Vivid dreams were so real it was like having dreams in high-definition, but then so were nightmares. I started removing patch at night after having one bad dream that was so real. I actually got depressed for few hours as if it really happened to me and I haven't had nightmares in last 20 years. I am 32 by the way. So question is what's with Nicotine?
