It's been about two-three weeks and it's dark red but still hard...Cist or Pimple?

most likely the pimple has become septic . so it is not a cyst or a pimple exactly .
you should have the bump lanced .

Probably a pimple that has not come to a head yet. Do Not Squeeze it . You damage the surrounding tissue and some of the bsacteria can be pushed back into you system and make you deathly ill.

could be either one without actually seeing it. Iy could be something worse, so I would see a doctor if you are truly concerend. You very well could be growing a second head.

Iwould sat cyst my mom used to get them often and that's what they look like dark red and hard,try putting a hot rag on it sometimes,it will help it to bust like that sometimes...i hope it;s not hurting you much,,,,good luck

It could be cystic acne. Go see a dermatologist.
