Easy!

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. Around 1,500 calories.

Take a healthy amount of exercise 30-40 minutes of vigorous exercise per day 4-5 days a week. I hate to think what percentage of the UK population does that 2%? 5%?

No special diet,no herbal/dangerous/illegal drugs will fix it for you in 10 minutes without the need for me to get off the couch!

No fixes pal , less in more out, its the only way.

There are no longer any exercises that permit you to drop some weight precisely the place you prefer. in case you do exercises that focus on those muscle mass you will build and tone those muscle tissues, in case you do cardio you will burn fat and drop some weight throughout your physique. the final concern to do is a mixture of the two yet regrettably there are no longer any miracle "spot exercises" for fat. so some distance as exercises that focus on those muscle mass i might recommend crunches extremely than take a seat-united statesfor the tummy (take a seat-united statestend to stress your neck); and for you back an staggering workout is to lie on your abdomen with you legs at the same time and your hand on genuine of the different decrease than your face with you hands perpendicular on your physique then proceed to strengthen the better 0.5 of your physique off the floor as much as you could (this would desire to in basic terms be approximately 4 inches or so) on a similar time as protecting your legs and ft against the floor. determine you're lifting your self including your back muscle tissues (your hands and hands arise including your physique, do no longer push off the floor with them).

Make sure you do a lot of cardio. Cardio and healthy eating are important if you want to lose fat. You can strength train and try to tone all you want, but you won't be able to see the toned muscle if fat is covering it up.

It is best to reduce the amount of food intake & do some exercise.

Do this over a long period rather than starve yourself.
It is best to have it come off gradually rather than deprive yourself like dieting.

You will then feel & look better although I thimk you look good as you are.
