I have been going to subway to eat their sandwiches for about 2 weeks now every day. Well as im trying to lose weight right now(i weigh about 185 lbs.) and I am strictly limiting myself to eating just greens. Well, I thought about it and i came up with the conclusion, if I order for example a turkey breast 6 inch sub witch american cheese, no mayo, and extra mustard with ALL the vegetables(that way it fills me up a little better) the oils and salt and pepper, does that seem like it has a lot of calories? I also eat the bag of chips and diet coke. This is for dinner. For lunch i eat a salad with ranch dressing(not excessively), 8 crakers and about 5 cold chicken nuggets cut up in my salad. For breakfast I eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats with almonds. I also go to the gym 3 times a week for 2-3 hrs each time. Is this a good amount of calories for a diet, eating all of this in one day every day? Does it sound like a reasonable nutritional plan to lose weight?
