how do you get rid of an ingrown hair?

with out tweezers or needles?

Exfoliation. Use a scrub or loofah, something like that. A body brush if you have one.

Otherwise, put a warm washcloth on it and hold it in place, and wait for it to come out.

But tweezers are probably easiest...
