I take the bus and when I get off of the bus (I tend to go take a nap on the bus with my leg under me or something on my legs) My feet are so asleep that they are almost paralyzed and I can't feel a thing. Then 20 seconds later my leg has this horrible pain and I start shouting since I am having even more trouble trying to walk when this happens. This is not the last time it's happened, it's very chronic. It happens almost every day. Could it be anything bad?

I'm not a medical professional, but I believe that the pain is caused from the nerve endings in your leg kind of "coming back to life". Although it's not a bad thing, if you're otherwise healthy, for an appendage to fall asleep, I would advise wearing some kind of support socks on your bus trips, and maybe proping your legs up.
You know how your legs "tingle" when they're "waking up"? Well, I think the "pain" you're feeling is probably an effect of the rush of blood the legs get as you stand up, where they weren't getting any before.
Good Luck :)

When you fall asleep with your legs crossed like the way you explain, it cuts of circulation into your legs and feet, thus giving you the "falling asleep legs" feeling. When you finally release the pressure the blood will rush back into the feet and it is normal for it to hurt for a while.

So, it is not bad it is just a release of blood into your legs very fast causing pain.

I also have a similar problem but with my arm falling asleep of the night. Except I have metal plates and screws in my elbow due to a bad car accident. It could be a circulatory problem or maybe even nerve damage. I'm really not for sure.
