It took me about 10 to notice some change, but for other people to tell it was about 15 or so. People could mainly tell in my face.

I've lost over 70 pounds. I found for me that 15 pounds equals one inch on waist size. Towards the end it was about 10 pounds. For me, I didn't notice too much dramatic difference until after 30 pounds. The next 30-40 pounds was very dramatic and then everyone took note. Toward the end, it was fun making new holes on a belt which I once had to suck in my stomach just to get on.

well I lost 10 lbs and I can tell a lil bit my sis say's me look smaller but some people loose it def u don't need 2 loose any moore weight otay

It depends on how overweight you are, I didn't notice a real big difference until I lost about 25Lbs.

It depends on your body shape! Different body types lose (and put up) fat in different parts. For this reason, pear-shaped women (like JLo) shrink the bust first, apple-shaped lose their hips first, hourglasses shrink their waistline first.
