Most STDs have symptoms that let you know something's wrong. For instance, pain when peeing, bumps or warts where you haven't had them before, that sort of thing.

Colds can cause sinus headaches. Antihistamines can clear your sinuses and relieve the headache.

Do not understand why you can't go see a doctor-if you suspecct you have STD(a sexually transmitted disease)which has as symptons a smelly discharge, intense itching, pain when urinating and pain around the genitalia, sores around the genitalia and/or the mouth. Syphyllis is probable the one with the most severe consequences if ignored--insanity and evntually death. Some like Gonorrea and others can cause scarring, infertilitycan not have children-this includes males, and sores that are painful and ooze making sexual relations very difficult and having relations difficult for the obvious reason. Not treating STD has life damaging consequences and need to be treated by a doctor. Yes colds can cause a headache but usually also have a cough, stuffy nose, congestion, no energy etc.Go see a doctor
