High Blood Pressure is know as a sneaky disease so with that in mind I would not waste any time getting to a Dr. for the problem. Better to be safe then sorry.
My mother actually felt better when her blood pressure was up.I suppose that is why they call it sneaky. My husband and I both have high blood pressure. I know of no over the counter.~~Jill

Not knowing what the pain is caused by here is a natural way to deal with it if the cause is muscles.

Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.

Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.

The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).

For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

ASpirin but as wih any medication use sensibly for can irritaate stomach why the coated is best---the Pharmacist is the best person to advise you for am sure there are others you can take . Another one is Ibuprofen,Tylenol -most over the counter pain meds are OK for generally do not have ingredients that affect blood pressure. BUT Cold, Allergy Medications you really have to be careful and check with Phamacist before you take for can play Havoc with blood pressure. Are you seeing a doctor for your high blood pressure so it can be medically managed for now can be brought down to be normal with medication for I too have it but with daily meds its perfect.

I surely have intense blood tension and that i take Excedrin. whilst it is composed of having a chilly, you're able to stay far off from the decongestants they advance your blood tension. they have a sparkling drug called Cloricidin HBP it fairly is risk-free to take with intense bp. Ask your pharmacist once you bypass in to %. up the OTC if any will work together with your medicine.

Try nurofen plus from www.nurofenplus.com it's got 12.8mg codeine & 200mg of ibuprofen. It's really cheap to buy and I haven't had an issue with it. They also have a really good shipping guarantee where they will guarantee that they get it through customs.
