How many calories should I eat a day? When I want to lose at least 35 pounds to get back in between 110-120. And how many at what times?(like at breakfest,lunch, dinner snacks or whatever)

well, a friend of mine lose weight quite fast by eating this diet: breakfast,and lunch before 2pm..after that no more eating except for fibers(cuz you dont want empty stomach or else you get gastric).she strictly eat less carbohydrate,fats and sweet foods but more protiens.at nights she usually choose yogurt only.
now,she still maintain the diet.it's almost a year.but trust me if i say that she's sooooo hot and bootylicious.yes, she did look different now.
improve your diet by doing exercise.by walking and taking the stairs more often.and remember to do sit ups to get sexy abdomen

do some exersises and chew gum; trust me itll make your hunger go away; works w/ me and instead of eating whenever ur hungry just drink water
