by the way i dont think i am fat. just have always had a bigger frame. I currently go to the gym 6 times a week and keep my calorie intake under 850 every day and eat chocolate maybe 1 time a month. And drink wine and water and nothing else. My friend is 5'2" and you are all right she does suck. I think i look pretty good for having a 5 month old and a 3 year old. I used to be a state champion swimmer and when i had 3% body fat i still weighed 145. I am not nessicary insecure. And what ever i am insecure about, at least i am trying to do something about it.

Darl, if I have learned one important lesson from guys its...THEY DON'T REALLY CARE HOW MUCH YOU WEIGH. Men may be initially attracted to the slimmer body, but if theres nothing inside or a nasty attitude FORGET IT.

If you are confident and can hold your own, people (not just men) will be drawn to you and love you for who you are NOT what you look like.

Your 100lb 'friend' may be skinny (how tall by the way, because this would be skeletal for the average women), but is she happy? Apparently not if she has to put you down to build herself up. What a cow. You certainly don't need friends like that!

No as all girls tend to gain after they hooked someone.

Eat healthy and not junk food and that too when hungry and not more than three times a day. Water alone can be taken in between.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body massaging system is activated and tells u in time that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks on regular basis. U will attain ur desirable weight within a reasonable time.

First of all, depending on the woman's height, body type, and level of athleticism, 150 lbs might be very far from overweight. And if not, so what?

I prefer to date people who appear confident and who generally have their lives under control. Being physically fit is certainly one indicator of that, but definitely not the only one or even the most important.

my ex was 5'5 and 160. she was athletic and definetly thick in all the right places. I would date a girl that was "thick" or overweight long before I'd date a bag of bones that can't open up a jar of anything because they lack any kind of strength. being with girls that don't eat gets old real quick...

There is nothing wrong with girls over 150..If that's the only way you look at then I don't think you will find the right person. You need to base your decision on the personality.

150 lbs is WAY too small. Who wants a bag of bones? Women should look like women not boys....

I think a woman has a right not to be judged by her weight. If her personality is right for you, why hesitate. Maybe she won't date a man who is chauvinistic.

i dont date girls but i mean...why wouldnt you date someone...just because of their weight? isnt that a bit superficial? what if sometimes down the line after your decided against dating her she comes infront of you all slim and sexy....then you would think differently right?...but she would still have the same heart, the same thoughts and the same feelings...not to mention her personality...perhaps thats something to think about....
