do any of you have any tips for managing stress for a SAHM??

I really don't exersice all that much but have been wondering if that may help manage my stress some?

for you dirty minded people its not like that =P well yeah every single day i wake up with this white gooey substance around my mouth/lips in the morning...its sticky and stiff, sometimes grayish..and it gets prettty annoying. What is it? what is it called? why does it happen? what can i do to prevent it?

I need to have liposuction done on my underarms in order to remove my sweat glands. My dermatologist stated that it takes about an 1 hour for the whole procedure. I just have to find a plastic surgeon to do it, but plastic surgeons around my town charge for consultations. I was just wondering if anyone knew how much it would cost for such a small area. I know it can run more than 2 grand for large areas.

I just noticed my tongue has turned yellow the other day. I recently has oral surgery done and taken Amoxicillin. I belive it has to do with taking the antibiotics. Does any know how serious this is?

i'm male, 50 with a family of two kids. i pain at my right side of abdominal area, my urine is dark orange, i am beset with leg cramps every 3am. my blood pressure averages 170/95 at 100 pulse rate. i smoke 40 sticks and guzzle 400ml brandy daily. i drink to deaden the pain and allow sleep. i can't eat much but just light meals or my tummy goes topsyturvy. i can't go for medical consultation so my budget benefits my family instead, i do not want jeers, just a straightaway professional medical advice. thanks

I have made several posts about my 2 month trouble with conjunctivitis. It MUST be bacterial, because Vigamox has been the ONLY thing that has cured/controlled the acute symptoms. The problem is, the conjunctivitis flares up again when I stop the Vigamox. This time around, I'm on Vigamox drops, and 50 mg of Doxycycline 2 times a day. My question is, how long should I keep this regimen? And when (or if) should I get a culture taken? Please do not tell me to just ask my doctor. I'm posting because 8 eye doctor visits have not cured me. I am of course consulting with my doctors on every move I make. Thank you for your help.

i have an ear infection and am on antibiotics and i have an incredible amount of pain in my left ear. Like i said i am on antibiotics and also taking a decongestant to try and relieve some of the pressure. I tried putting a hot water bottle on it to relieve some of the pain but it seems to make it worse. Any suggestions?

I have always had a problem area around my middle. Now it is worse since I have had a baby. I am afraid cardio will make me lose my breasts and butt...Is there anything I can do? I will not have surgery. Are there really exercises that will make your breasts and butt grow? Or do I need to just resign myself to being glad I have a cute face and nice curves even though they are not perfect?
