Hi,
A friend of mine is currently in Orange County, CA, Children's Hospital where her daughter who is 5 years old was suffering from Pneumonia which has now put her in a coma, she was braindead for 15minutes then started breathing again but the doctors are saying today the 5th day she is in a coma, that there's nothing more they can do for her to turn her machines off and let her die. I'm sure there is someone out there that can DO something for little KC I've heard of so many stories of doctors helping and patients especially children recovering from the same condition. Please someone out there if you know where we can take KC or get another opinion of someone who wants to try to help her get better please please help us.

She is located in California, Orange County.

Hello everyone,

I'm not sure what to do about my life... I'm so sickly, it's disgusting... my body is a waif, I'm almost dead, and I fear I only have a day or two left to live. What can I do to hold on? I am not consciously thinking about suicide, not even musing it, Im only feeling like there's no other escape but death -- inescapable yet I feel like I have so much more to live for.

I'm bulimic, I've mentioned it before and I'll say it again: I'm bulimic, I'm sick, I need help. I can't get help, the system has worked against me -- someone who is pro-active, and wanting help... I don't want to die, in fact I want to live without being mired in sickness... I want to live... please help me, what can I do?

I'm 20 years old, soon to turn 21, on the edge of death, the brink, the final end... I'm 105 lbs at 5'10". I'm going to die if I can't get help in the next 24 hours.

Please... please... what can I do? I need some alternatives to this lifestyle, or I'm afraid I will die soon.

I feel tired and unmotivated, can't sleep properly, feel like i cant relax because there is always something that needs to be done. My mind is constantly racing and feel that even though I do my best to please everyone it's never enough and I can't keep up. I think i'm in serious need of some me time and perhaps a vacation which i havent taken in three years. Job is very unethical and am constantly working 3 different positions at once with no raise since last yr. Another job is in the works but I would like to know some tips or advice as to how to remedy some of these feelings before I start another job. (I also worked an 11pm to 7 am shift at a hotel for two years prior which also could be the reason my sleep cycle is very off as I used to sleep during the day and be working the overnights. Could this be burnout or depression? It's taking it's toll on my and my relationship as well as my family.

I took Malarone prior to, during, and after visiting Kenya as advised to by the doctor. Its an anti-malarial tablet. But everyone who I know who takes it has bad side effects, principally stomach cramps... does anyone know of a good alternative?

Last night before I went to bed I used Aloe vera pure gel on parts of my body and (stupidly) on my eyelids, in an attempt to soothe my red eczema skin. I washed it straight of my eyes because they began to sting but, when I woke up this morning I had difficulty opening my eyes- they have swelled up and are quite uncomfortable.
