I used a very tight & heavy shoe for a wk 5 months back. from then onwards my toe nails are dis colour & now seems to be dieing. Oncomming (new) area looks like cracked & out of shape. Can somebody tell me what I should do. Or a doctor who can help me urgently. I am in Melbourne.

You might have a fungus. Don't panic, go see a Dr. A General Pract Dr will be able to diagnose a fungus.

Hi, Noki.
Are you aware there is a common fungal infection that lives beneath people's toe nails? It turns them a disagreeable yellowish color and makes them quite brittle, so they break and split easily. In very severe cases, the nail becomes detached from the nail bed and is eventually lost. Sound familiar?
Fear not! There is an oral medication (not foot spray) that works well, though quite slowly, because a new uninfected nail must grow out to replace that which is already damaged. Here in the USA, you'd need a doctor's prescription to purchase it. Sorry, but I'm drawing a complete blank on the name of the pharmaceutical. I've seen the TV ad dozens of times, with an animated critter called "Digger the Dermatophyte" but I just cannot recall the name of the product. (Count your blessings. You may have foot-rot, but I've apparently got brain-rot!) Anyway, you'll need to see a doctor because it is a prescription drug. He'll know what it's called and if it's appropriate for you.

check your alkoline levels ,,, this plays a major role on the toes and toe nails ,, make sure the alkoline in your body is level and avouid alot of caffene,,,, try www.curezone.com plus your circulation may have gotten cut back sounds like use healthy massage to or one of those foot baths,, but try the alkoline test too,,, hope it is helpful

sure, your nails and hair proceed to strengthen... at the same time as i became youthful my thumb nail got here off at the same time as my brother and that i have been going after slightly of sweet between the settee... now you mustn't at all tell.
