Make sure you do stretches after a weight workout. Stretching lengthens the muscles. If weight lifters don't stretch, their muscles are shorter and more pronounced (they look stockier).
Do full body stretches laying on the floor & stretch as far as you can in either directions (arms above head), toes pointed / flexed back and forth. Stand up tall, and try to keep a good posture. Pull in stomach and square off shoulders. Do stretches even if you don't work out. Don't force stretches. Start stretching, and eventually your body will start to loosen itself and you'll stretch further and further. May take several days or weeks, especially if you never stretch at all. Don't be in a rush when you do it. Add it to your regular routine. It relieves stress too.

Ive never heard of a way to increase your height at all

the only way ive ever seen it was in hospital and they broke the persons leg and put plates in it and the person had to turn these screws which lengthen the legs

eating more food might not be the best soloution, youll problably just get fat. you should SLEEP alot more. and drink milk (make sure it doesnt say organic or anything about being healthy) because that mean they problably give their cows steriouds and it makes you grow when you drink it. thats why society is taller. but dont over due it on the milk, too much calcium can give you kidney stones. 3 cups max

You can increase your height by following yoga. you can get to see the results within few months -its natural.You can concern any book on height increase through yoga or get an visual cd . hope u will get what u want.

Measure yourself when you get up in the morning you will be taller because the effects of gravity on the body mean that you can be up to 2cm shorter after standing up all day.

You cannot increase your height. I don't know where everyone is getting their information. Your height is heredetery. The weight is what you can control.
