most people seem to "know" it's "the right way" ..but i want to know the reason ..thank you!

I have this small light red bump on my upper lip that I think is a cold sore. I've had it since yesterday and I'm FREAKING OUT. It doesn't hurt or anything, but when I touch it, it feels SLIGHTLY pressured. I'm like totally embarassed and I've tried putting ice on it so it could swell down. Does this mean I have Herpes or something?!

I am almost 15, 127 pounds and i am 5 foot!! i'm pretty short!! i try exercising but i can't get to the gym everyday!! I also don't really know what i can do to lose weight!!

I had a severe soar throat problem last week which was brought down by antibiotics...i have been following amoxicillin course since 4 days ago and until yesterday, the pain was gone...but last night was very cold and I was outside without a sweater for a couple of hours. today, the throat pain came back...although milder than last time as of now. is it cuz of the cold or a more severe infection???

I know it's bad, but I can't stop thinking about it -- about using it to lose weight, deal with stress. My sister and I are the only ones who have never smoked in our family. My grandmother would smoke like a chimney and within 10 pounds always maintained her 88 lbs!!! I'm a cow and in constant stress, and just can't help thinking it'd take the edge off and help me cope with emotional eating.

Argh!!! How do I get these thoughts out? (Yes, I exercise and eat well, but I have a pituitary brain tumor they don't want to take out and it seems I have no metabolism)

I have had chronic upper back pain for EVER!

I used tramadol for a long time, and it worked wonders, but recently I had an anxiety attack and was proscribed klonopin. The thing is I have no back pain, and I am not taking anything but klonopin.

Is this just recession? or is klonopin helpping?

Is my back pain stress related?
I've had this pain for years, and Tylenol, or alieve, or anything else doesnt help. Actually, Viccodin helps for a SHORT time, but not well.
This is weird to me. any answers?

So I hate vegetables all of them and some fruit i don't really like working out by myself i just get bored and then i don't wanna do it anymore i love food and meat and stuff and its not like i'm really fat i'm like 5'6 155pounds or something i have kinda like a pear shape body or like an hour glass shape other people tell me that i got birth hips so its not like i'm really fat i just need to tone up... any suggestions? i wanna loose like 15-20 pounds by may 19th???? Pain in the diaphram area, feels like a giant air bubble that will not go away, extreme pain all day, felt like I needed to vomit, but didnt. Had the feeling I should burp, but couldnt . What could this be?
