So I hate vegetables all of them and some fruit i don't really like working out by myself i just get bored and then i don't wanna do it anymore i love food and meat and stuff and its not like i'm really fat i'm like 5'6 155pounds or something i have kinda like a pear shape body or like an hour glass shape other people tell me that i got birth hips so its not like i'm really fat i just need to tone up... any suggestions? i wanna loose like 15-20 pounds by may 19th???? HELP!!!

try the weight watchers diet, its runs on points and u can eat what u like as long as yr within yr point range

Hi well, I can only suggest..
I have been going to the doctor and he has given me a diet suppliment to curve my hunger..but what has really help me lose weight is staying away from sodas all together,..and bread and salt..well you know what is fun to do is the aquatic excersise..join a class..and also..go running for 40 minutes a day for 5 days a week..but, what has really helped me is that the doctor sees me every month and 4 days prior to the visit he removes my blood and guess what if you have been eating stuff that he doesnt want you to eat he will see it in the blood..and if you dont do what he says he will tell you to get a new doctor because you are waisting your time and his..and so that is what has kepted me going and I have lost 30 lbs but i have lots more to lose..but, just do the above and i think you will lose weight fast and Ohh drink lots of water..and you will see how your face will clear up too..and if you have facial problems because of the overweight because that too can cause bad facial problems tel your doctor and see what he can give you..my doctor gave me Clindamycin Phospate Lotion prescribed 60 ml and it helps me with my acne.. well i hoped i helped but if you do this till May 19th i bet you could lose weight..

ok...the best thing that you can do since that u dont like many things...what you can try is to follow the small portions of food diet...kepp eating what u like but in small amount and in setted times (lets say three times a day and between each meal and the another a minimum of 5 houres) and between these times if u get hungrey eat a fruit or a salad (force ur self)...two more things that u can do to this diet is to drink a lot of water to keep u full and do not eat then sleep immediatly (three houres at least) also cut candies and fast food, sodas

(things to help in this is to use small plates and to eat slowly and make sure that u chew the food proprly)


the best sport that fits and u can see results for it is swimming (three times a week is more than enough if u follwo the diet)along with light aerobics 2 times a week so when u see it u will find out that you were training daily

You must be very young, but to be that height and weight, you really need to get a better outlook on your health and life.

This is the ONLY body you will ever have, you must treat it with
respect. Exercise, eat properly, what does your body need to function properly, not what do you WANT to eat.

Rearrange your lifestyle, love moving around, exercise, going places instead of loving food.

You will be very surprised how fast those pounds come off.
Just walk alot, eat small meals, lighten up on the meat or let go of it, eat fish, tuna, chicken, there are many ways to prepare vegetables that are great. Fruits etc.

Get over your childish annoyances of fruit and veg. Also get off your *** and work out. Seriously, you want to magically lose weight by sitting around and eating meats and god knows what else...

If you want something, you have to work for it. Oh and 'tone up' includes vigorous exercise.
