Well if it's just about the money, you could look into getting the work done in Mexico or in India. Both of these places have amazingly good quality medical care despite what most people think. The cost will be about 20% of what it would cost in the states. BUT, if anything does go wrong, you will have no recourse to get it repaired.

Different situations - any surgery is dangerous, including cosmetic - and to perform it safely you need a full surgical staff and theatre. In many ways the anaethesiologist is more important than the surgeon - that's the person who knocks you out, sustains your life while the procedure is going on and - most important - brings you back,
If you cannot afford a good professional surgeon, don't do it. You may not like the way you look - if you have a botched surgery you will like it even less, you can get seriously ill, you might even die.
When you get something free, often it is worth exactly what you pay for it.

I don't know about free but if you have a little money to spare then consider the option of going to India, Thailand, Singapore or Mexico to get your surgery. It's very cheap over there as compared to the US. Even after adding up your travel costs and all other related expenses you end up saving 60-80%. And the quality of the hospitals there meets or exceeds US/UK standard.
Check out Healthbase at http://www.healthbase.com. They works with top quality hospitals abroad. You can research about the various medical procedures, communicate with the surgeons overseas, plan and book your travel all at their website. And you can even apply for a medical loan at their website.

Umm...yeah...I don't think you want someone inexperienced doing surgery on you. I work at a medical school and we do not hold free clinics so med students can practice. That's just insane. And too, those who are residents you will still get charged for and they have to practice under the supervision of a fully credentialed physician.

Are you out of your mind? These are major surgeries. Why not ask about financing? Most very good plastic surgeons have programs to help you pay for the work.
