No, from personal experience, do not try these. They are quite dangerous, and are temporary fixes to a permanent problem.

One should never go for Pills to lose weight. Its not at all adviseable. Instead control your diet and do light exercise DAILY

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

if you are wanting to lose weight and using pills i suggest to go to the doctor where he can keep tabs on you..and see that you are losing weight ..and he can monitor you.. so do it the safe way..and then he will know if that is the best thing for you..
