Look at the rest of your schedule. Has anything changed? How are your eating habits? If nothing stands out, go see a doctor and eliminate any real serious problem.

Your body is trying to tell you that you either over-doing your training or your lacking in nutrients. I attend the gym on a regular basis and sometimes I feel like that! Its usually down to not eating enough that day, not getting enough sleep or just training too hard for long periods of time. I also took a metabolism booster tablet and eventually the tiredness caught up with me. I give my body a rest for a week or so, then started into the training again bright as ever! Hope this helps

Good luck and maybe you should talk to your doc too?
