Dark urine with orange pigment: sounds like a urinary infection. Maybe kidney problems given the right sided pain. I would certainly find a way to follow-up this problem with a doctor. Can you go to the ER?? Localized pain that is intense should not be ignored.
Blood pressure reading: you have high blood pressure. Try cutting back the fags, if possible, eating healthy, balanced food, stay away from grease and fats if you can. May be stress related.
Leg cramps: perhaps related to your diet. Not enough calcium. Since calcium works in conjuction with many other vitamins, it is not enough to just increase your intake of calcium. You may want to try taking a balanced multivitamin if you are not able to eat large meals.
Upset stomach: may be related to your pain, stress related to the circumstances you are facing right now, the large amount of alcohol intake combined with very little food, or gastritis.
I know you don't want to hear this, but it would be wise to consult a doc given your multifaceted and numerous health issues. I commend you for holding out in order to benefit your family. But, please consider taking care of yourself. It goes hand in hand with the love you seem to have for your family-- in order to be around and to be able to take care of your family, you need to make sure YOU are healthy to do so.

You have high blood pressure, kidney problems and leg cramps. You have a nicotine addiction and you are an alcoholic. The first hting you need to do is stop drinking, cut down on your cigarettes and see a doc that will let you make payment plans. If you cannot stop drinking on your own then get help with AA or some other program. Your family needs a husband and a father and right now they don't have one because you are drinking your life away. The drinking does not deaden the pain as you claim because my husband was an alcoholic and he will be the first one to tell that it doesn't work. See a doc and get you problems taken care of.

You might have kidney problem, or bladder issues, if your having pain in your right side then you might have appendicitis, your blood pressure sounds good, You also sound like you have liver problems with the dark urine.
You know if you go to the hospital and let them look you over, and tell them you can't pay, they can write the whole bill off.
You should get medical attention, Yahoo answers isn't the best help. And I am sure that if you tell your family what is going on they will agree.
Good luck.

This is information from the internet, which by no means should substitute for qualified medical advice. I am a teacher, not a doctor, but I strongly urge you to see your pysician. Your family would want you to. I think that it is highly likely that you have a liver dysfunction. Please see a doctor.
Urine consists of excess water and waste products that have been filtered from the blood by the kidneys. Its natural yellow color is due to excretion of urochrome, a pigment from blood. Depending on the amount of fluids you drink, your urine can range in color from almost clear (diluted) to dark orange (concentrated).
Most changes in urine color are temporary and caused by foods you eat or medications you take. However, sometimes an abnormal urine color can indicate a serious disease. If you're concerned about the color of your urine, especially if you notice blood in it or the color change lasts more than one day, consult your doctor.
Dark yellow or orange urine can be caused by recent use of laxatives or consumption of B complex vitamins or carotene. Orange urine is often caused by pyridium (used in the treatment of urinary tract infections), rifampin, and warfarin.
Common Causes:
Food (beets, blackberries or other naturally red foods)
Food dyes
Certain drugs
Urinary tract infection
Liver diseases such as acute viral hepatitis or cirrhosis
The appearance of any urine color changes needs prompt professional medical investigation.

You are a wreck. Get to a doctor. Abdominal pain in the right lower side could be appendicitis. Pain could be a kidney stone. High blood pressure......you need medicine for that. Brandy.....well, sounds like that is taking family money.
Go to a local health department if you can afford a doctor OR go to an ER. They are required, by law, to treat you.
Good luck. Pops

This may be harsh but I have to be straight with you. You will Die Dead within a year if you don't change your life. You dont need medical advice as much as you need lifestyle and addiction changes. If your being honest heed my lecture and make changes now. You owe it to yourself, your wife and kids to make changes NOW! Seek help and make yourself accountable, by telling your friends and family to help you. Go to your local clinic that is federal or state funded and get into a medical and counseling program. This will be free to you and they except donations. While you ease yourself from the addictions you can use the money to donate to these programs. Start attending AA meetings and get all the support you can. If you do this first you can then have a clear head too seek medical advice. If you have an emergency go straight to a state funded hospitol to help you on your life changing decisions. I wish you luck and good health!

You probably have alcohol induced hepatitis, which may be causing bilirubin and other liver enzymes to leak into your urinary system which may accouns for the orange urine, You have hypertension which can also shut down you kidneys, in addition to a fatty liver from over consumption , the nicotine addiction plays additional havoc.
You have multisystem failure and you do need to consult with a physician. You know exactly what you need to do - stop smoking , stop drinking , stop overeating -easier said than done

Well, if youre serious. You NEED TO STOP SMOKING! It does more than just hurt your lungs. If you can afford 4 packs a day of cigarettes you CAN afford a Dr. Visit. You might be having some issues with your appendix (the right sided pain) and also your prostate. Are u having trouble with frequent urination? You need to have a PSA blood test done to tell you that.

You know what you need to do, but it is hard. Stop drinking and smoking. Get medicaid - some states have programs for the working poor. Go to a county hospital or other site that offers services to low income people.
If you do not take care of yourself, you will not be able to continue to care for your family.
