If you "hate everything and everyone", then why come here asking "Is there anything I can do?" Personally, I don't buy into the she or he is my whole world crap. I know there is bigger, more interesting world, out there full of other people - and hating it all will just put up a wall between myself and that world/those people. You don't need any herbal remedies - you need to tear down that wall of hate.

I have heard St. Johns Wart is a good herb, however..to be honest I have been in your shoes and nothing will work except for will power. Odd as that sounds its very true. You have to want to live, u need to live for those of us who have never met you and could become pretty good friends. Girlfriends come and go and it doesnt change the hurt, but u only have one life and u need to worry about u right now. Call a hotline if u feel u can't do this alone or call ur mental health center in the morning. I know how hard it is to ask for help when u dont want it, but i hope somewhere in ur heart and mind u do. I know what it feels like to hate everyone and everything and not to want to wake up ever again. It took me a year to get where I am now, its not easy so please just think about it. I m not telling u to do something I wouldnt or dont understand. I am here if u need to talk to someone...

Ya know kiddo I'm depressed too. I've been taking Paxil an anti-depressant for about a year now and it sure has made me feel better. Still I've recently started lowering my doses because my doctor saw how much better I was doing, and I've come to decide that it really is up to YOU to get better. The pills can really help you feel better, but they actually don't make anything better. they don't solve your problems emotionally. All the mdicine can do is change your hormones, not your outlook. if your having alot of trouble i don't see any reason not to take the meds, but i highly recommend trying to change your outlook and lifestyle as well. All those herbal remedies actually sounded really great and just remember to take good care of yourself.

Sweetheart, you have the power to change your life. If you are not happy in your living arrangemnet, get out. Pills are not the answer, planning is. So you need to make a list of things put them in priority. Goals if you will. Get out of the relationship, there is nothing or nobody that is worth your life. It is a cop out and you might fix your problems but you create 1000 fold for those who love you. If he does not love you, get the heck out, there are more fish in the sea. His loss and move on. Baby steps but as you accomplish more each day you will begin to feel good about yourself all over again. Plan what your next move is and do it. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and say ok, I have had enough of my pity party now I am going to do something about it. Dig in your heals I have faith in you that you can do it. Good luck and God bless and put angels on your pillows.

Exercise, have (protected) sex or masturbate. All three will get your endorphins up; end result is that you'll feel much better about everything...without the need for any chemicals or hippie remedies.
