When I'm showering for more than 15 minutes, there will be itchy red spots all over my body. It goes away after about 30 minutes, and I dont usually shower that long, so showering is not a problem. The thing is, I am on the swim team, and my skin starts to itch a bit. The mild itching is not a problem, i can live through that, but it gets embarrassing when ppl ask my why there are spots all over me.

Anybody help? Thx in advance.

Always used to be the best brand, absorbent, with wings-couldn't get any better. This new crap they put out is awful. IT LEAKS. It barely holds-if you squeeze it it releases like a sponge. I'm leaking through clothes in public, when I sleep-my mattress cover looks horrible. It does not help that I'm having very heavy flows but there Super cannot hold up! Super overnight!!! The wings are not preventing side flow any more. It's a mess.

I'm done with Always and used them for 22 years!!!

Is it better to weigh yourself straight after your period and between 1 day to 14 days after? I find if I weigh myself one week before my period I may be heavier as i am starting to build up fluid. Is weighing yourself one week of closer to your period the wring time? Like I said morning is the best time for weighing yourself just after your period and up to 14 days after. Do you think Im right?

I get nervous around most people that im not familiar with. I hate it but its become normal for me to act this way. I need to stop but i never am able to. I avoid people whenever possiable. I am very sensitive. I sit and cry for everything. I can't take if someone criticize me. I get very upset and sad if someone gets angry on me and if someone teases me. i am 16 yrs. old and turning 17 this feb 22 and i am FAT. 62 kg.

I noticed small reddish bumps on both my penis head and shaft a couple days ago. They dont itch, they arent filled with puss or anything, they dont burn, they dont have a white head, and they arent very noticable. The bumps arent very big at all and seem to be going away now.
