Can you get hiv through genital contact, and no secretions form male?

In front of my tongue i have red spots, it is full of it. These are not painful. And at the back of my tongue there are like white spots. They are not painful either and can be scraped. these are small, and are like white coating. is it due to lackof hygiene? Or is it a fungal infection? pls help i am worried.

First of all I'm sick of the Bowflex commercial about the 49 year-old man with rock hard abs. I myself am middle age and my friend who is 52 and a former Mr. Indiana body builder and still competes and WINS contests doesn't believe the hype.
So, whom among us believes that a man or woman, without being genectically predisposed, can achieve the results claimed by Bowflex. If not, who believes that an individual can, after years of abuse, neglect and general deprivation turn back time and get a body that is "beach-worthy"? I'm not talking about the ballsy, out-of-shape ****** who struts up and down the beach not caring what they look like.
I look forward to your comments. And if you would, please be specific about "how" in your answer, if in fact you are a believer. Not just..."proper diet, exercise,etc..) Thanks!

Nasal decongestants are not working and I can't breath AT ALL to be able to try to inhale steam or such.I have so much pressure when I try to blow my nose and only seem to pop my ears with very little coming out of my nose. I'm desperate for a suggestion because I really can't afford to go the dr.

I woke up with a stiff neck pain this morning, I can't move it to the right side. and when I try to im jolted with a stiff pain. I did work my neck out a bit yesterday, but nothing to serious.

I took 2 tylenol.

im a fifteer year old girl, and i dont smoke, i dont have asthma, or anything like tht, but my chest/ lungs feel tight and hurt when i breathe, its been going on for about 3 weeks, i already went to the doctor, but they said i was fine, but it hasnt gotten better, the docter only did a few tests, like a pft, and a breathing treatment, and blood work, theres much more they could do, should i go back to the doctor because it hasnt improver or what should i do??

Problems faced include weight gain, hair greying prematurely, first grey at 18, now more than 40% grey hair at age of 34. Earlier sensitive to heat, but now find climate colder than others. I have the desire to lose the weight I've gained with this ridiculous disease, but my doctor tells me it's not going to happen. She goes every 3 years, but this time it was painful for her. The nurse said to her that her cervix was closed and she couldn't open it. But i thought they didn't open your cervix. Did she mean it was closed completely so she couldn't get the 'wand' in? Would she have actually opened her cervix? Or do you think she meant she was having trouble opening her vagina?

HE LEFT A LONG SCAR from under my r. nipple to the begining
of my r. arm pit. He said it would only be a small hole. I don't see him for 2 wks. I'm scared because of the size of opening and the photo of my innerlung.I could use some suppor or advise
