While your body may react negatively to some foods either physically or mentally, due to allergies or psychological aversions, no food causes cancer. Any known cancer causing agents that may be found in food products are additives placed in the products you consume. The amount of a single product you would have to ingest would be massive for the risk factors to kick in. (That is assuming you have a normal digestive system)
The most common problems associated with food is starvation and obesity. Either one of those can kill you faster than anything else. Eat a sensible and balanced diet and practice safe food handling procedures and you will be fine.
On a scale of one to ten this issue would be a negative 5 in terms of things to worry about.
